RPM. RPM has a lot of style, and the dining room is elegantly appointed, which is the kind of place your mom would appreciate. Oh, and on the menu, there’s some of the best steak in Chicago. You and your mom are going to love the hand-cut Creekstone filet, but if you or she are looking for something a little more substantial, you can opt for the Beeman Ranch Akaushi Porterhouse, the Imperial Wagyu tomahawk, or the grass-fed bone-in rib-eye. Swift & Sons. Artango Bar & Restaurant. Artango Bar & Restaurant is known for its outstanding steaks and its live performances of Argentina’s signature dance: the tango.
